Every tier includes the full monthly reporting pack. These ranges are guidelines: we quote your fee after reviewing your books, and it can fall outside them.

- Do you replace our accountant?
- No. We keep the books clean and hand your CPA a year-end pack they can file from.
- What if our books are years behind?
- Cleanup is a fixed-fee project, quoted after a review of your books. For our first 20 clients, up to one year of cleanup, the migration to Odoo and the first month of bookkeeping are offered. Once caught up, you move onto a monthly plan.
- Who actually does the work?
- An in-house team assigned to your account, with a second reviewer on every close. Work is shared across the team, so nothing stalls when someone is away.
- What software do you work in?
- We keep your books in Odoo. Our team does all the booking and you receive the monthly reports, so you don't need to learn or log in to accounting software. If you're coming from other software, we migrate your history during onboarding.
- When are my books closed?
- You choose: by the fifth business day of the following month at the listed price, or within the following month for 15% less.
- Is there a commitment?
- Not with the launch offer. Your first month is the first month of bookkeeping after cleanup and migration. You can stop at no charge until 10 days after you receive that month's reports. After that, you can end the engagement with 30 days notice.
- How does billing work?
- We invoice on the 1st of each month for the bookkeeping work we do that month, which closes the books of the month just ended. For example, the January 1 invoice covers closing December's books. Invoices are due within 10 days.
- Do we need to meet in person?
- No. Bookkyn is 100% online: calls, document sharing and questions all happen remotely.
- How fast can we start?
- After the call we send a quote. Once you sign, we set up your books in Odoo; how long that takes depends on how much catch-up your books need, and we agree on it on the call.
